The Waterside (Southampton) Open event saw Bruce Yao, Eve Whittaker and Charlotte Marsden take part in the U/13 event. All did well in this their first real tournament, however they all failed to get out of their groups. (A full account is provided in the September 2013 Newsletter).
A week later these three were joined by Charlie Shepard and Cian Armstrong for the Harlow Banded Event. (Again a full account is provided in the September 2013 Newsletter.
Boys Band 3:- Bruce went out in the quarter finals. Both Charlie and Cian failed to get out of their groups.
Girls Band 2:-
Both Charlotte and Eve failed to get out of their groups. Their final overall placing's were Charlotte 5th and Eve 6th. Harlow Junior Tournament. (A full account is available in the 2014 April Newsletter)
The club had 4 representatives , Bruce Yao and Charlie Shepard, Charlotte Marsden and Eve Whittaker. Charlotte won the Under 13’s consolation final and was runner up in the Uner 15’2 consolation final.

Girl’s U/16: Winner; Charlotte Marsden (Warren Spring), R/Up; Eve Whittaker (Warren Spring)
