Coaching    2017 / 2018 Season
St.Neots TT Centre holds both junior and senior coaching sessions.  The sessions cater for all player standards.

BATTS Table Tennis Club of Harlow also hold various coaching sessions.
JUNIOR COACHING (Hitchin Boys School)

Our Junior Coaching scheme started in July  2004 and the number of youngsters attending continues to grow.

We run throughout the year on Sunday afternoons at the Hitchin Boy's School Sports Centre. Sessions run from 1.55 pm to 4.55pm (September to June) and 1.55pm to 3.55pm (June to September).

Players have access to 9 tables (maximum) in  an area the size of 2 badminton courts and we can comfortably accommodate 18 youngsters or slightly more if required.

Sessions cost £3 each. After the first two sessions (when we accept cash payment) have been attended, we then move you onto a system of payment in advance for tickets (Minimum purchase per child is 12 tickets (£36) and these tickets have no expiry time (and should your child stop attending you can request to have a refund of any unused session tickets.  A (non-refundable)  Annual membership fee of £9 is also payable (This covers Calendar year January to December).
JUNIOR COACHING (Great Wymondley)

These more intensive coaching sessions for selected youngsters are held at our Club hall in Great Wymondley with 3 to 5 youngsters per session attending. (The photo at the head of this page shows one of the most recent sessions in action).

From September 2017 we will be running three 2 hr sessions every 2 weeks, on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, these 3 sessions will take place at  12:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 16:00 and 16:00 to 18:00.

The cost per session is £10 per youngster.
The club has three coaches with guest coaches invited from time to time as well as a number of league players who volunteer their services to act as feeders at the coaching sessions held at Hitchin Boys School and Great Wymondley

We encourage youngsters who are sufficiently talented and interested to aspire to playing competitively in various competitions including North Herts Table Tennis Association League, National Cadet League and National Junior League.
